Vita Flats is the only residence of its kind located in the West Washington Park neighborhood. So if you want to explore, sightsee, shop, dine, enjoy cultural, civic and sports attractions and get to and from all of them really easily, this is most definitely the place. Parks & Recreation
Washington (”Wash”) Park is less than a mile away – and as you probably know, it’s one of Denver’s biggest and best outdoor areas, complete with a lake, boathouse, two-mile biking and pedestrian loop and plenty of year-round activity. For the more adventurous, Denver’s a short drive from world-class skiing, hiking, biking, climbing and more.
Shopping & Dining
Vita Flats is located right in the middle of four of Denver’s best shopping and dining areas. The 16 very walkable blocks of Cherry Creek North and Cherry Creek shopping center are just 2 miles to the east, quaint Old South Gaylord and Old South Pearl are 3 miles to the south and downtown Denver, including Larimer Square, Writer’s Square and LoDo are a mere 3 miles to the west.
Cultural Attractions
If you’ve lived in Denver for a while, you know our city is booming in terms of art, theater, culture and sports. And if you’re new to town, get ready for a Denver that’s sure to surprise. Galleries, museums, theaters, libraries and arenas are just a few minutes from your front door. There’s one thing for certain – you will never be bored living here.
Transportation
Vita Flats is centrally located and getting around is extremely easy and convenient. Access to major routes through and out of town is just a short drive away. Public transportation is also nearby, including several key RTD bus routes, Light Rail, and shuttle routes.
