Vita Flats has been designed specifically for active adults ages 55 and better. Why a community just for you? Because you’re ready for a maintenance-free life and the kind of lifestyle that’s right for mature individuals – no hassles, lots of service and plenty of convenience.
We’ve built Vita Flats to give you what you want, regardless of what that is. There are a number of resident planned activities and opportunities to meet new people, if that’s your cup of tea. But there are also ample places and chances to be by yourself or in a group of your own choosing.
Our Staff
Our veteran, professional staff is dedicated to making your home clean, comfortable, secure and welcoming. Whether you need a restaurant recommendation from our Property Manager, need to arrange the guest suite for a visiting friend or need to call on our 24-hour Maintenance Technician, if we can ever do anything to make your home more comfortable, just ask.
